Our board pairs workforce, finance, health, and community leadership with lived experience. Members serve staggered three year terms and meet quarterly, with an annual public report on outcomes and stewardship.

Governance

Approves strategy, bylaws, and the annual budget, and reviews program outcomes each quarter.

Stewardship

Oversees audits, braided funding compliance, and the responsible use of every restricted dollar.

Accountability

Holds the executive team to retention, wage growth, and family stability targets, not enrollment counts.
